Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Miraculous Revisions for your medical billing, coding, auditing services, and digital product needs. We strive to provide quality and professionalism in all we offer. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below: 

1. Service-Based Appointments (Medical Billing, Coding, Auditing) 

Cancellations 

• Clients may cancel scheduled appointments or services at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. 
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. 

Refunds 

• Refunds for services already rendered are not provided. 
• If services were paid in advance and canceled within the allowed time frame, a full or prorated refund (based on services already completed) may be issued.  
• If we are unable to fulfill a service due to internal reasons, a full refund will be issued, or the client may choose to reschedule at no additional cost. 

2. Digital Products (eBooks, Templates, Courses, etc.) 

All Sales Are Final 

• Due to the nature of digital products and instant access/download capability, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable. 
• We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, previews, or demos before purchasing. Defective or Inaccessible 

Downloads 

• If you are unable to access or download a purchased product due to a technical issue, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at info@miraculousrevisions.com. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure your access or issue a replacement download link. 
• If the product file is proven defective and cannot be replaced, we may issue a refund at our discretion. 

3. Subscription or Retainer Services 

• Monthly or recurring service subscriptions can be canceled with 7 days' written notice prior to the next billing cycle. 
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing cycle. 

4. Chargebacks and Disputes 

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact us directly at info@miraculousrevisions.com. We are committed to resolving any issues in a timely and fair manner. 

5. Policy Updates 

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page and become effective immediately.
